A contextual response to a sensitive site opposite a church.

The proposal provides 26 homes in a three storey block with set back fourth and fifth storeys to minimise the impact on All Saints Church.

Private amenity areas are orientated away from the public realm where possible and the scheme includes communal landscaped areas at ground floor and as a fourth floor roof terrace

A simple pallet of red stock brick and grey penthouse cladding has been proposed for main building façades. The windows are deep set and have feature surrounds. There are localised areas of feature ribbed and corbelled brickwork. The low walls fronting Woolwich Road and Nuxley Road are in flint with a stone capping similar to those of the church.
