The scheme is located next to the southern entrance to the Rotherhite Tunnel. The massing is 7 storeys and comprises residential dwellings over a commercial space at ground floor which provides an active frontage on the route between Rotherhithe Overground and Canada Water.
The scheme is clad in brick and metal cladding with protruding panels and recessed panels. The gable roof form echoes the warehouse legacy of Rotherhithe.
