Lancaster Street received planning approval from Southwark Council with councilors stating that the quality of the design and proposal out weighed the retention of the existing warehouse building.

Waverley Road on Firm Footings

Work is firmly under way on Waverley Road. The lastest site visit showed that Durkan were casting the footings for the redevelopment of the former Thames Water site into ten family homes and thirty four residential flats, five of which incorporate wheelchair provision.

Beveridge Completed

Alan Camp Architects have recently completed the detail design and construction of Peter Barbers Ziggurat Homes for Southern Housing Group. Working together with Geoffrey Osborne Ltd, we completed the construction of this development which occupies a narrow site backing against industrial buildings and a student housing block, adjacent to Stepney Green Conservation Area.
