Docklands Settlements receives planning approval from Southwark Council
We have recently obtained planning approval for our mixed use scheme for a community centre and housing at Dockland Settlements in Rotherhithe.
The development includes a sports pitch, community gardens, community centre with youth facilities for the Dockland Settlements Charity and Southwark Youth Services. The scheme provides thirty residential units for Family Mosaic Housing comprising of four houses, six maisonettes and eighteen flats, including two fully accessible wheelchair maisonettes
