Quex Road receives planning approval
Our proposal for Quex Road, Kilburn received planning permision for 60 hostel rooms and 6 social rented flats to the rear
The proposed hostel, incorporating the strategy, principles and the designations of Camdens Hostels Pathways Model, provides 60 bed spaces in total. These are split into 19 preliminary assessment beds and 41 rooms. The preliminary assessment beds are grouped on the ground and lower ground floors and share 2 kitchens and one small kitchenette. It is proposed that the assessment beds are occupied by residents for the first 6-8weeks of their residence within the hostel.
