Planning permission has been received for a mixed use scheme on Plumstead High Street. The development comprises of 17 residential units that are centred on a communal courtyard above 615 sq.m. of retail.

The scheme is designed to contextually relate to the two contrasting streetscapes, building up the High Street and reducing its mass to relate to the domestic setting of Abery Street.
