Greenwich council have granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Elham Baths. The development comprises seventy eight residential units on the site of a former swimming baths in Eltham Hill. Twenty two of the units are designated for the over 50s. Our proposal ranges from one to six storeys over two blocks. At ground floor level, within the heart of the scheme, are facilities for the over 50s including a garden room which is intended to be a flexible room serving a variety of needs during the year.

Surrounding the built scheme are a series of semi-communal gardens and courtyards which act as both communal amenity space and as an acoustic barrier between the residential units and the adjacent main road, as well as providing green views from every room of the ground floor. All units are designed to the Greenwich Wheelchair Standards Brief and Lifetime Homes.
