Home is Ware the the heart is...
The completion of Cundalls Road, Ware sees the first of three housing developments designed by Alan Camp Architects for Riversmead Housing Association being handed over. The development consists of four 3-bed semi-detached houses and one 4-bed detached house in a cul-de-sac arrangement, all of which have generously proportioned rear gardens and dedicated parking.
The site was a former backland garage site which had fallen into disrepair and had become a local nuisance attracting fly tipping and anti social behaviour. This site, along with a further two, were identified as an opportunities to provide high quality rural social housing that would enhance the local community and increase the security of the sites and environment.
