ACA scheme wins Evening Standard Award

Our landmark scheme Seren Park in Greenwich has been awarded Highly Comended status in the Evening Standard New Homes Awards category for Best New Large Development. The awards champion housing excellence and were judged by readers of the newspaper. Alan joined our clients Urban Solutions to hear the competition results at an awards ceremony at The Dorchester. The development is set in the urban woodland of the Maze Hill area and provides 281 high-specification flats with views over Greenwich and the Thames.
