Last night we received planning for Bell Road. The proposals includes 127 residential units, 1,127sqm of retail & commercial floor space.
The development designed in a sensitive manner, respond to opportunities and constraints presented by the site and its location. The form and layout of the scheme pays due regard to the streetscape, relationship with neighbouring properties, permeability, movement and amenity.
The development is underpinned by the concept of a sustainable and accessible environment, transforming a redundant environment into one that contributes to the continued enhancement and regeneration of Hounslow town centre.
